This news clip embarrasses me. I’m from NC. I was schooled at a very conservative Christian school, and I knew damn well growing up that “under god” wasn’t in the original pledge. I would go so far as to say that I know why including “under god” in the pledge is offensive.
It seems more like a manufactured story than how the residents really feel. Or maybe I’m wishfully ignorant.
Either way, keep on perpetuating the Yeshua Fog, North Carolina.
