The auto-tune kids were so busy producing their bits for the Oscars, they weren’t blasting away at so many good news bits.
Thank the “goodness” they are back!
FTW = For the Winning.
Thanks Brian Gregory !

At the shoot yesterday, the other photographer asked Tina and I to grab some shots together. We never got engagement shots, so these are our post-wedding engagement shots.
For all of you out there wanting to get engagements … mark this down as how you should act during your next photo session.
Honk.
Hey, wait a minute … something doesn’t look right. Did George Michael get a haircut?

Today is my mom and dad’s anniversary. It’s my half birthday. Over the weekend, we had a small dinner party with the couple we’re shooting in Mexico at the end of the month.
These are all things we’re celebrating.
We’re also mourning the passing of our close friend’s younger brother Kevin. He was 34.
Life can kiss you on the mouth, give you a bear hug, and kick you straight in the pants in the same moment.
Kevin’s passing is a shock.
Imagine your brother invited you over for a St. Patty’s Day party on Saturday night. His house is big, and he’s offered to have you, your brothers and sisters sleep over, so you don’t have to worry about driving home after having a couple drinks.
In the morning, someone knocks on your door to say, “Kevin won’t wake up.”
It’s earth shattering news and no one can ever understand exactly why this stuff happens.
In preparation for the funeral, I’m going contribute time to cleaning up images to be used at the wake and services.
I have no idea how to wrap up this post, so I’m just going to do it abruptly.
Mondays are Monday-ish. Today is especially Monday-like. I’m posting some reading links that you might be interested in.
Above, a very un-edited shot from yesterday’s shoot.
I’m still waiting for my cha-ching moment.
This was when he was a 17 year old struggling actor and his famous CHA-CHING! catch-phrase from Rally’s Hamburgers caught on to New Orleans Saints fans.

Improv Everywhere actor Chadwick Elliott not only has a cool first name, he looks a lot like King Philip IV of Spain. Improv Everywhere actors went to the museum to hold a 400-year-late autograph signing.
How cool is that.
