Of course I am not sure… but it looks a bit like a pellet of an owl. I guess that this pic is somewhat enlarged, because the pellets I have seen…(my parents used to have some owl cabinets in their trees)… were not that big.

It sorta looks like mummified rats connected at the tails.

It is a rat king. Rats’ tails get entangled and then they make a fun pastry sold on the streets of Thailand, as Old Fart said.
