In 2012, ABC runs a HIT PIECE on Chick-fil-A, for expressing THEIR 1st Amendment rights and SUPPORTING traditional marriage.
‘LIKE’ if you agree –> The liberal media are a bunch of 1st Amendment HYPOCRITES.
I love it. I relish in the idea that even my family thinks my opinions are informed by some left-wing media machine.
It’s as if we need some media conglomerate to tell me that Christianity’s disgust for homosexuality is wrong, and if it weren’t for this information, I wouldn’t know how to think.
This comes from an entire population of people who think Jesus was born of a virgin and inviting this man’s spirit into your heart gives you the right to live forever.
Both instances are first amendment rights. And for all the praise the Dixie Chicks got, they received just as much flack.
Those people who post the above bullshit are having a tough time remembering history.
And likewise, for all the backlash against Chick-Fil-A, there are people screaming in support.
It’s free speech because you have the right to support it or not.
It’s bullshit to blame everything on some media conspiracy, because this blew up on the internets long before the media got their dirty hands on it.
But if you fall for that shit above, you’ll fall for this picture and caption:

For the record, that “baby” is fake.
And regardless of how you feel about abortion, you should at least educate yourself on the ability of people to create dolls.
It’s simple.
And if you fall for bullshit, you’ll fall for more bullshit.
And while it’s your right to express your first amendment rights. It’s not a right that you need to do so ignorantly.
