Did you hear that the crowd at an event with Michelle Obama yesterday were shouting “Hail Obama”?
Well, according to Mike Synan, they were.
Writes Joe My God:
The hashtag “Hail Obama” began trending on Twitter yesterday after a local Florida Fox reporter claimed that crowds were chanting the phrase at an appearance by the First Lady. Others in attendance say that the crowd was actually chanting “Michelle Obama.” And some point out that the sports chant for Brevard Community College, the school where the First Lady appeared, is “Hail Wildcats.” But whatever the truth is, that Fox reporter is now web-famous and his initial tweets have appeared across the wingnut-o-sphere. That Drudge-baiting worked.
Well, good for him. Public master baiting is a act we should all applaud and admire.
I’m personally more fond of women master baiters. When they do it well, it can be an emotional high and often a real tear jerker.
But Mike Synan, he’s finding the news and reporting it without missing a stroke. I’d give him a hand, but he seems like he’s got it covered. Master baiters are like that.
It’s like a professional journalism drummer. Synan knows exactly how hard and long to pound it before the most quality information issues forth … all over the Internet and into your eyes and ears.
Thank him, dear readers.
A truly great master baiter is hard to find. His excellence in master baiting is a gift, like an expensive pearl necklace.
Wear it with pride.
I know I will.
