Two relatively famous women have recently come out of the closet. I know very little about them.
Jennifer Knapp is an artist I’ve heard my family talk about. My family listens to and loves her albums. Knapp is a Christian musician, which I imagine this news will get her thrown out or disowned by bible-thumping believers now that she’s come out gay. From NY Daily News:
The Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter vanished from the music scene seven years ago amidst rumors – which now turn out to be true – that she was gay.
I just heard that a country artist named Chely Wright came out of the closet too.
