Sunday Dinner Dish Blogging
On Sunday’s, we have a family get together. My brother in law Michael, his partner Jason, my wife Tina and I all go grocery shopping and we either cook or go out to eat. It’s a great time, and something I look forward to throughout the week.
Michael almost always cooks if we go that route. In my mind, he uses us as guinea pigs and he uses it as an opportunity to try foods that are a little pricey, but when the cost is split, makes it a little more reasonable. It usually comes to between $30 and $60 a couple per week.
This week’s dinner was awesome. It was grilled shrimp, cheese ravioli with pesto sauce over a bed of sautéed arugula, cherry tomatoes and candy onion.
