Dinner Blogging

Last night’s dinner turned out better than I expected. I was a little scared I would fuck something up.

It was grilled pork chops with roasted baby eggplant, with sautéed mushrooms, squash, red and green pepper, pine nuts and tomatoes over quinoa. Oh la la!

If you’ve never tried Quinoa, give a whirl. It’s really good, and good for you. It’s high in protein. It has a nice nutty flavor and goes well with dishes that you might make rice.
