I know it’s already almost a week and a half ago, but I wanted to throw up this post about The Thanksgiving dinner at the Wittifinis. It was a great day. I roasted four young chickens stuffed with lemons and herbs atop of a bed of fingerling potatoes, carrots, garlic and onions. I also made green beans and homemade macaroni and cheese that was comfort foodalicious.
We had my parents and sister Kelly, Tina’s Aunt Kathy and Uncle Jimmy, Tina’s cousin Kelly, her husband Brian and their three tykes, as well as my brother in law’s partner Jason.
