My Google skills sometimes even impress me. I should have pursued that tangential dream of working for the FBI or CIA after all. The two birds appear to be Goldcrest chicks. And, of course, we have Wikipedia to the rescue: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goldcrest Reply
Actually, given their size, they are not chicks but rather a couple of sexually mature females. Wow, things you never knew that you didn’t know that you didn’t know. Reply
My nickname when I used to work at a local hospital was “The Mole”. I could get information about anything or anybody from anyone that worked there. 😉
