Franklin Graham thanks Trump for bringing back the greeting: Merry Christmas. Melania immediately Trumps him.

On Franklin Graham’s Facebook page, he thanked President Trump for “bringing back” the greeting Merry Christmas.

He wrote:

“I’m thankful that the president stood against the secularists who wanted to take Christ out of Christmas and that he brought back the greeting “Merry Christmas!”

And then the same day, Melania Trump’s people published this using “holiday” and not Christmas. Big surprise:

The manufactured war on Christmas is the biggest load of bullshit ever. I couldn’t be more secularist, and I never stopped using “Merry Christmas.”

On occasion, I also used Happy Holidays and Happy Hanukkah and Happy New Year! Because I have Jewish friends and secular friends and Christian friends.

For fucks sake. Just stop with all this bullshit.

I’m afraid Trump didn’t do much more for Christianity except for riddle it with a confusing mess of hypocrisy. From an outsider’s perspective, Trump unrivaled a lot of perceptions of Christ followers from pretty good to pretty damn bad.

But the perception of secularists and atheists has always been in the shitter, so what do I know? Ha.
