LOL. Blame Jill Biden for America’s woes

The they literally have no ounce of reputable topics to discuss, so the FoxNewsers blather on about Jill Biden should have loved her husband enough to tell him not to run.

And the watchers will LOVE it.

Without any sense of irony, they supported a man who can’t string two cogent sentences together into his word salad jungle and Joe is the one with dementia. How about they both are demented. We’re all demented for supporting any of them. And find something reasonable to talk about?

“When you look at what’s hurting America, when you look at this lack of leadership, and you wonder who are the people responsible for putting someone this incompetent and frankly this, you know, mentally frail in this position?

“And yes, of course, the media and many people are saying Susan Rice and Obama and maybe Valerie Jarrett. I’m sorry, as a political spouse, I can’t help but look at Jill Biden. No one knew better his state of mind than Dr. Jill Biden.

“And if you ask me, the most patriotic thing Jill Biden could have done was tell her husband. To love her husband and not let him run in this mental state that he’s in. I think she failed the country as well.” – Rachel Campos-Duffy, today.

The Enticing Sin of Empathy is satanic!

I’ve worked on deconstructing my faith for about 25 years or so. The biggest cheerleader for doing so usually comes from the people I love who are devout believers. It doesn’t take long for evangelicals to express their love of God and to say things that just blow my mind.

This article associated with the above tweet is a rich entertaining piece of mental aerobics that is sure to push people like me further from religious ideas and draw those with religious propensities closer. How weird is that?

Here’s a wingdinger from the text:

Think of it this way: the Enemy’s virtue of compassion attempts to suffer withthe hurting while maintaining an allegiance to the Enemy. In fact, it suffers with the hurting precisely because of this allegiance. In doing so, the Christians are to follow the example of their pathetic and repulsive Master. Just as the Enemy joined the humans in their misery in that detestable act of incarnation, so also his followers are to join those who are hurting in their misery.

However, just as the Enemy became like them in every way but sin, so also his followers are not permitted to sin in their attempts to comfort the afflicted. Thus, his compassion always reserves the right not to blaspheme. It seeks the sufferer’s good and subordinates itself to the Enemy’s abominable standard of Truth

Our alternative, empathy, shifts the focus from the sufferer’s good to the sufferer’s feelings, making them the measure of whether a person is truly “loved.” We teach the humans that unless they subordinate their feelings entirely to the misery, pain, sorrow, and even sin and unbelief of the afflicted, they are not loving them.

There is nothing more anti-Jesus than this kind of perspective, and yet here we all are.

For instance, I recently overheard the following: “Women’s Rights!?! Women’s rights! What about men’s rights? I want more Men’s Rights!” That was followed by the next statement: “If men continue on this path without rights, it’s going to be the end of this country.”

Boy, the MeToo movement has done a doozy on Men’s Rights. Gee, how hard it is to not be able to publicly touch, ogle, or mistreat women. How shitty it is that you can’t yell at women, beat them or put them in their place with an iron fist.

The statement is wild on so many levels.

The same person who wants more men’s rights and complains about not being able to be manly like John Wayne, Charlie Mother Fucking Bronson or Vlady Putin, idolizes an orange dude with fake hair and who wears makeup. They’re also likely to “love Jesus” who taught to love one’s enemies, help the sick and the poor, turn the other cheek, and forgive those who hurt you without end.

But the American stereotype of manly men is big trucks, big flags, big muscles, and an endless opportunity to hit women, children and people of different faiths.

So we must change the Bible and our versions of Jesus to this sick and twisted view of men who get carte blanche to live like the evolved monkeys they wish to be without all the education or knowledge of humanity.

This is what happens when men set the rules, when they conclude that forcing women to stay married is better than giving them the freedom to remove themselves from toxic masculinity.

Men can’t act like horny evolved monkeys and think they’ll just get a pass from their loved ones. But here we are. Fighting over men’s rights in a world that has left that thinking behind and a select few are holding onto the past for dear life, because Jesus. Or something.

The party of law and order cries political hit job!

From Dallas’s NBC News affiliate reports:

The wife of Republican Texas gubernatorial candidate Allen West was arrested Friday night on suspicion of driving while intoxicated while her grandson was in the car. Angela West was booked into the Dallas County jail on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, according to a police report. According to the report, Angela West was pulled over around 8:45 p.m. Friday in the 2300 block of West Northwest Highway, near Loop 12 and Harry Hines Boulevard.

And oh man, is West pissed:

An entertaining read about a Air Force translator in Afghanistan

I found this article written by Ian Fritz, who served in the U.S. Air Force from 2008 to 2013, to be wildly entertaining. He tells about his experiences eavesdropping on Afghani soldiers.

In one story, he details how even though afghani forces were getting the shit kicked out of them, their leaders were screaming how well the troops were doing.

In another story, he wrote that he overheard this conversation:

“Go place the IED down there, at the bend; they won’t see it.”

“It can wait ’til morning.”

“No, it can’t. They [the Americans] could come early, and we need it down there to kill as many as we can.”

“I think I’ll wait.”

“No, you won’t! Go place it.”

“Do I have to?”

“Yes! Go do it!”

“I don’t want to.”

“Brother, why not? We must jihad!”

“Brother … It’s too cold to jihad.”

Ha ha. See! I love how he humanizes the enemy.

I read yesterday that the USA has been at war all but 17 years of its existence. Hardly any peacetime in its short history. It’s sad really. It almost makes you think there’s some kind of reward for it. Maybe producing big war planes, ships and arsenal is lucrative or something. Who knows.

Let’s take a look at the eviction moratorium

During a recent conversation, a friend expressed concern over buying an investment property because they’d get stuck with lowlife renters who would hide behind the eviction moratorium to not pay their rent and then squat for months or years.

“You mean the eviction moratorium that Mr. Trump put into place?” I asked.

“No, Biden. Biden is behind the eviction moratorium,” he responded.

Eye rolls.

“It started last year. It was voted to continue into this year and Mr. Biden is continuing it again. I understand that people are upset and I have read the news, but it started under Mr. Trump.”

“No no no no no.” It was the child’s equivalent of plugging your fingers in one’s ears and crying.

Here’s the one-sheet on the eviction moratorium. One can read it for him or herself.

The first page includes this: “The CDC eviction moratorium took effect September 4 and was initially set to expire on December 31. Congress extended the moratorium through January 2021 – and President Biden further extended it through March, June, and July – and provided a total of $46.5 billion for emergency rental assistance (ERA).”

My friend thinks the moratorium is creating lazy people that stay at home, don’t work and destroy landlords’ precious properties rent free.

But no where in the moratorium paperwork allows a person or people to stay in a property rent free. No where does it allow people to squat. Landlords have rights to evict under many circumstances, namely if they aren’t paying rent.

So that argument is simply untrue.

A friend who could basically improve his or her life by investing in a sound treasure trove of income potential is avoiding it because the risk of a non-existent politically imagined monster is sad. Just sad.

But who am I? Just a person who reads the fine print and doesn’t fall for shitty journalism at Brietbart.
