Tonight I tried my hand at chicken cacciatore. Man, it was excellent. It took longer to cook than the recommended time, but it was well worth it. I made it from this recipe:
The picture in the recipe looks like it was made with polenta, but it wasn’t a recommended side. I went ahead and made a polenta with parmesan. It was a great compliment.
